MiMi Muniz Management, Inc. was established in 2020 to provide business and life coaching to clients world-wide. As the pandemic unfolded a lot of clients began to need virtual staffing, which motivated our company to create Virtual Assistant services. All Virtual Assistants undergo background checks, are professionally trained, and required to submit daily task reports. We currently service clients in a variety of industries including but not limited to non-profit organizations, freelancers, authors, small business owners, law firms, TV producers, podcasts, influencers, and more. We have specialist that are skilled and equipped to service clients with business and personal development essentials.

Meet Our President

Meliqua J. Heath, formerly known as Ms. USA World 2021 and Ms. American Nation 2020, is a Woman of God who wears many hats to serve people. She serves her community by being a servant of God on the Small Group Leadership Team, Intercessory Team and the Children’s Ministry at Celebration Church located in Jacksonville, FL. She is the CEO of MiMi Muniz Management, Inc. and Black Earth Enterprises, Inc. In her former years, she served 10 years as a 911 dispatcher with the City of Norfolk and Department of Navy Police, Fire, and Paramedics departments. Meliqua obtained an Associate’s of Social Sciences Degree from Tidewater Community College, a Master Professional Life Coaching Certificate, and a Business Entrepreneurial Coaching Certificate from Transformation Academy. Meliqua encourages children, women, and men to FIRST LOVE YOURSELF by knowing whose you are, who you are, and what your divine purpose is. She is the founder of the Black Fathers Matter Too movement and First Love Yourself Women’s Conference. Prior to Meliqua transitioning to Florida, she resided in Virginia, where she served on various leadership boards such as Community Outreach Chair with the Urban League of Hampton Roads Young Professionals, Treasurer of the City of Norfolk Council of PTA, a member of Tidewater Coalition for the People and Black Brand. Of her many achievements, Meliqua received the American Nation 2021 Queen of the Year Award, the 2021 Best Civic Leader Award from Encore of Hampton Roads, and the African American Creative Community Series 2021 Humanitarian Servant Leadership award. Currently, Meliqua is a self-published author of First Love Yourself and 31 Days to First Love Yourself Affirmation Journal and a co-author of Brown Girl Guidebooks: Start With Self-Love. Her endeavors include developing a non-profit organization to provide mentorship for children who may have lost or have an absent parent. She also aspires to continue her journey as a motivational speaker inspiring others to First Love Yourself. In her spare time, she enjoys reading the WORD of God, spending time with her children, traveling, and walking the beach.
